Good for a property that will rent. But I was not impressed.
If you have a property that you think will rent well, then this might be an option for you. But if you have a big family home, then I would suggest not.
I would say they typically get you to reduce the price by £10k from original asking, with a view to getting you down further. They said they sell the majority of their house with 3 weeks. I didn't even get a viewing.
This might work for some people, but not for everyone and certainly not for me.
