Fantastic experience!

Dealing with Rob, Charles and multiple other members of the team felt completely seamless. I always knew what was happening with the SMS and email updates, for viewings and then through the sale to completion. As I am Autistic I really appreciated the patience and genuine support I received from the team. So... Thankyou and anyone reading this review, I would definitely recommend British Home sellers, for a smooth, honest and supportive selling journey!

Perfect

I literally wouldnt use anyone else. Ive used British Homebuyers several times. Following th first time I was so impressed wih the speed of the sale and how quickly I had a buyer, I have used them ever since.
Thye are really friendly, very professional and do their utmost to help. This recent sale wasnt without a few problems but Charles was on the case and to be honest I havent even stressed, as that is all taken out of your hands. Why would you use anyone else. They are amazing, I would recommend them whether buying or selling. Thank you, perfect as always !

British Homebuyers caused major distress and anxiety

I have received another letter from Property Mine Ltd. trading as, British Homebuyers. It states that they have seen our property on the market. The property is NOT on the market. We have undertake an internet search and can't find any detail of our property being up for sale. We have seen information about a number of scams where people have had their properties sold with out their knowledge. This is not the case for our home. However British Homebuyers have caused major distress and anxiety for us and other property owners in the area.

I was sceptical but it worked!

My mums house had been on the market for over a year with local estate agents before we discovered British Homebuyers. Within a couple of months it was sold. The staff were very helpful & patient when explaining their process, fees & how they work, as I was initially a little sceptical. They kept me updated at every stage of the process & I cannot rate Charles highly enough. I would definitely recommend them & have already passed their details on to someone else who’s having trouble selling.

received a letter from these Cowboys…

received a letter from these Cowboys about the sale of my house and how they are interested in buying it.
They even stated that 1 had just recently been sold near my address, Both lies..The address they gave was miles away and the last property on that road that sold was 9 MONTHS ago.
All they do is advertise the house on Rightmove.
AVOID !!!!!

Sold my property within 6 weeks and…

Sold my property within 6 weeks and completion came less than 8 weeks past this. Couldn't of asked for anything better. Great customer service, slightly more expensive than other sellers but would defiantly use again.

Simple and efficient

After struggling to complete a sale with a local estate agents we chose to sell with British Homebuyers and had accepted an offer above asking price within the first week of marketing. Everyone I spoke to or corresponded with was helpful and friendly.

Very glad we took the leap!

Being completely honest, I didn’t have high hopes when we decided to use BHS to sell our property, but having had our property on the market for almost 8 months with no success, we were desperate. We had received a letter in the post and decided to give it a shot as we had nothing left to lose. We opted to go for the option that meant we managed the viewings ourselves, but from start to finish, the service we received from both Rob & Charles was fantastic. From listing to completion, the sale took 10 weeks in total, with Rob & Charles keeping us updated along the way, even taking time out of their weekends when they weren’t supposed to be working, to keep us updated. I’m so glad we made the decision to sell with BHS and I would buy or sell with them again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend

Well, what can i say, it's been an absolute pleasure to deal with such lovely professional people, Alex Clendon is amazing, nog only does he genuinely seem to care, he also goes the extra mile to help.
Its been an emotional roller coaster selling my parents bungalow and after having such an awful time with a high street agency, using British Homebuyers has been a breth of fresh air. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic British Homebuyers

I had a great experience selling my house with British homebuyers.
Potential buyers were available quickly and viewings arranged. There was really good communication at every stage and the sale went smoothly.
Amy Holt did a great job in keeping the buyers solicitor on their toes and moving forward when things seemed to slow down.
Charles Gale was absolutely amazing during the process, even calling and messaging on his days off to keep me informed. I can't praise him enough, he was a fantastic guy.
I would and have recommended British Homebuyers.

Consistent, helpful support was key

Although I entered the remote process of using British Homebuyers with some trepidation (rather than appointing a local estate agent to work with face to face) I found that having Alex Clendon as my regular point of contact made the sale of my property as straightforward as it could be. He was always approachable by phone or text, courteous and easy to discuss issues with throughout the process. I am grateful that despite certain delays on the buyers’ part we were able to achieve the end goal satisfactorily. My thanks to Alex and British Homebuyers for this.

British Homesellers were fantastic, they communicated very well. Whenever you spoke to someone on the phone they were all in the loop. Alex Clendon was individually brilliant, he was very patient with my questions and ahead of the game with information! Also, suggesting their solicitors who were also fantastic and in the closing stages it was evident how amazing both companies actually are. I would highly recommend British Homesellers to anyone!

FABULOUS

FABULOUS
Having used numerous other estate agents with extremely mixed experiences we received a leaflet through the door for BRITISH HOMEBUYERS
not having heard of the company prior I researched the reviews and took the plunge to use them
All I can say is what an excellent experience from start to finish ALEX CLENDON was my sales advisor
At least once a week Alex would contact me with updates and the property sold with 2 months
Would I use BRITISH HOMEBUYERS again DEFINITELY
I will certainly recommend them as a company with exceptional service throughout

I have bought and sold houses before

I have bought and sold houses before, but I can honestly say that British Homebuyers were the best EA I have used.

Despite experiencing a really difficult sale of my house (which I won't go into), the team always kept me up to date with developments quickly and efficiently.

Charles, in particular, was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to push the sale through at every stage. Thank you so much!

Great communication and a super friendly team. Not that I intend to move again, but I wouldn't hesitate to use British Homebuyers again in the future. Highly recommended.

Very happy.

Although we didn't get a sale from BHB due to circumstances our end, the service we received has been brilliant. My first contact was Angel who explained everything to me and was very patient with me when I kept phoning for some more information. The team have been friendly and always phoning me to update me on any viewings. Thanks to Alex, Charlie and Tom who have been exceptional. I have had many dealings with local estate agents and BHB come out way on top. I would have no hesitation recommending them to any of my friends and family who needed to sell. Thankyou all for making this experience less stressful.
