They sent a letter saying they would like to buying our house for 97% of the asking price. Thought is acceptable. Gave them a call and got gaslighted straight then offer ended up 80% of the asking price.Been told something about 4weeks period what should been mentioned in the letter…letter havent got anything like that. Turned out to be an estate agent. Just leaving this here for anyone who gets letter similar to see what you can expect.

Alex and the team were great! Everything was simple and straight forward. They got my house sold very quickly after swapping from a local estate agent that didn’t get any interest any months. I would recommend & definitely use again.

We had our property on the market with another company, not much joy. But once British Home buyers took over we had views straight away. Initially with Robert as lead, then once we had an offer, Charles took over. From day 1, great service and communication up to and including completion. We cannot recommend British Home buyers enough. Great people to do business with.

Fantastic open and clear communication throughout the process.
The due diligence was excellent, meaning we only had people who were actually in a position to buy viewing our property (something our previous estate agent hadn't done).
Thanks to Rob and team we quickly sold our residential home to another family, at a price we were happy with.

British Homebuyers are worth going with, had a letter in my door and been on the market for 18 months with local estate agents took a chance as this was something different, then sold my house within 2 weeks. Thanks to Holly who I first spoke to then put me in touch with Alex Clendon who was just amazing always on hand and kept in touch all through the process with updates.Then went with premier Lawyers solicitors with Kay Lee Flower again very professional and always on the end of the phone if she was needed, not to forget Charles what a lovely man seen me through some challenging times, again all these people are very professional in what they do and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.Even had a follow up after completion from Alex and Charles.

Fantastic experience with British Homebuyers. We were listed with a previous high street agency and we had very few viewings. After 6 months on the market we decided to change to British Homebuyers and our home had mulitple viewings and sold within 4 weeks of being re-listed. British home sellers were amazing I was struggling to sell my house with is being on the market for months and I received a letter to say they could sell my house quickly, I took the chance and within a month my house was sold! Dealth with Robert and Charles - they were both fantastic. From start to finish they were extremely helpful and informative. An excellent service throughout. We had a mare with a different (highstreet based) estate agent, so switched to BHS who quickly turned things around and sold our house in a couple of weeks. Really pleased with the overall service received from British Homebuyers. I was assigned a single person to directly deal with who was, knowledgeable, helpful and his market advice was second to none. Once a sale was agreed I had the benefit of an experienced closing adviser who helped with all the complexities to close the sale. Everything went well. No complaints.
