We would highly recommend using British home buyers to anyone. We were trying to sell for 18 months before trying British home buyers, we were up on their system for 2 days before getting an offer. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The whole team was informative and kept us up to date throughout the sell of our flat.

BHB sold our house not once but twice (not including potential buyers making a "cheeky" offer which we declined). The first time was in 2022 and our buyers lost their mortgage due to the mortgage crisis. The "cheeky" offer and successful offer were both in 2023 and we completed on 7th December.
Throughout it all BHB were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - and would recommend them to anyone.

We struggled to sell our property and ended up selling for a lot less than intended however, British Home Buyers - Alex Clendon was reassuring, understanding and supportive and always available to speak to on the phone. It did not matter that we didn't meet in person and we build up a great rapport.

When we struggled with our solicitors who took over 6 months to complete the sale Alex stepped in and provided us with the information we were not getting. He communicated effectively both on the phone and email. We can not express enough thanks for Alex's help at an extremely stressful time.

We recently sold our property through BHB and have been very satisfied with the process. The members of staff we had dealings with were always friendly and polite and when really needed at the end of a protracted conveyancing process Alex was there to give an extra push. If I had been a seller rather than a buyer, I probably wouldn't have considered using an on-line estate agent. But the whole process went very smoothly and there were no problems. Robert Love was my contact and he was friendly and well-informed. I had to remind them to refund my reservation deposit - but after I did so, the money was in my account in 5 minutes!

A fantastic company. I had been told by high street estate agents that I would not sell my property quickly, due to the slow market. BHS found my buyer in the first week of marketing. This was after I had had five viewings within days, plus a further offer also within one week.
I cannot fault BHS,they keep their promises. They are supportive, proactive, friendly and efficient. Absolutely head and shoulders above high street competitors. This is the way to buy and sell both now and in the future.

So i was wary of dealing with an online company for the sale of my house. Transpires it was the best idea. British Home Buyers were communicative, professional, and honest from the get-go. I was assigned to William and Charles, who were extremely responsive and always reassuring. Sold my house within 2 weeks (just what William said would happen!) and then held my hand throughout both sale and ongoing purchase. I used their recommended solicitors for both which was slick and meant all my people were talking to each other so i really didn't have to stress. Couldn't recommend highly enough and wouldnt hesitate to use British Home Buyers again! Thanks team

Fantastic service from the team at BHB. Especially from Charles, he was a superstar throughout the process. He made everything clear and concise for me, allowing me to manoeuvre my first time selling a property, explaining everything in Lehmann's terms and always answering any questions I had along the way promptly.
They are a little on the pricey side for an estate agent but i cannot fault the service.

Good experience throughout, from selecting potential buyers (no window shoppers) in a difficult market all the way through to the sale. It felt like they were committed to getting the sale completed unlike other estate agents who seem to disappear after the buyer has made an offer. BHS communicated well with regular updates from offer to completion. They achieved the sale where other estate agents failed, we had been trying to sell to 2 years in a volatile market. They were very helpful with explaining the process. Efficient in setting up the photography and the putting the property on the market. We received an offer after the first viewing and agreed a price with in a few days. Any issues with the buyers were resolved quickly with the help of the team which moved the sale along. British Homebuyers were very helpful as they successfully sold my mums flat. It was tricky to sell due to the high service charge. One buyer pulled out but they had another buyer lined up so sale has gone well. Whilst they are not local there has always been someone helpful on the other end of the phone. We went to British homebuyers after having a terrible experience with one of the big estate agents. From the start we felt supported and listened to. Alex was assigned as our agent and through the whole journey he was very attentive and no matter what the query he would always ring/Email back when asked.
