The team at British home sellers are all incredibly professional and proactive throughout the whole sale. We decided to sell through BH after having 3 failed attempts with local estate agents.We dealt with Alex and Charles who bounce off each other wonderfully. We had a lengthy time between accepting an offer to completion, which was extremely stressful Alex and Charles endeavoured to keep us in the loop and liased between all parties exceptionally well which helped to minimised the level of stress. We received prompt replies to any queries whether it be by phone or email. Our account was easily accessed by other staff so if for any reason we could not speak with Alex one of the team would be able to deal with us with ease. We felt the fees were also competitive and truly worth it for the service we received. Great company to deal with and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

I went through a very painful process with a long chain and the agents from BH were the best part of it. They helped me to get through the hardest moments, they supported me mentally and with their knowledge. I want to say special thank you to Alex, who convinced me to continue when I was in hesitating, Rob, who was super helpful with all the chasing and Charles, who helped us move on when the others were on holiday. It has been a difficult time in the market but the company didn’t force us to make quick decisions to lower the price and continually fed back on trends and hits on the site. Alex Clendon did a great job and kept us informed of prat all times. The sales process worked really well and was completely stress free. They liaised between ourselves and the buyers without any issues. I can highly recommend British Homebuyers.

Having used a local estate agents and had a very poor experience sadly. I decided to use a national company. From the start the contact I had was positive. Initially Sabrina helped get the process started. Which was seamless. Following this Robert was my estate agent. Robert was professional and friendly. I was most impressed when it came to whether to reduce the asking price. Robert to my surprise suggested to wait a little longer before doing this. When we got a buyer the process pressure free from Robert. Which I was very impressed and grateful for.
As it came to the end of the process Charles from aftercare was absolutely brilliant and without him I don't think the sell would have gone through. Given the etc complexity.
I am very grateful to both Robert and Charles for getting the sale through and dealing with extra issues so well. I would recommend using British Homebuyers

As soon as we instructed this company we were impressed with their professionalism. Hannah and Molly were very efficient in organising viewings and Robert Love was there to give regular updates and good advice. Once an offer was accepted we were overseen by Charles Gale. A true professional, Charles liaised between all parties, buyers, sellers and solicitors to keep us fully updated with the conveyancing. Nothing was too much trouble. In our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending British Homesellers.

From the outset british home sellers were fair and clear with the pricing strategy unlike some other companies who made false promises. They guided me through to getting the perfect buyer and when the sale was going through they kept we up to date with everything referred me to an excellent solicitors. Robert Love and Charles Gale are to be commended very professional and communication which is key in selling a property was excellent throughout from start to finish.

We decided to use British Homebuyers after trying to sell our house with two local estate agents. Within a few weeks of signing up with BHB, we received an offer on the house which we accepted. The service we received from start to finish has been highly professional and their customer care has been exceptional. I would like to give a particular mention to Robert Love whose support and knowledge was invaluable. Our conveyancing solicitor was particularly unhelpful and unresponsive, which was extremely frustrating. Robert returned my calls and emails promptly, answering all our queries. He kept us informed every step of the way. I feel without his intervention, we may not have completed on time. I would most certainly use this company again.
