Great customer service, good communication on at each stage of the process. Responded promptly to questions and addressed issues via email or phone. They were easy to speak to and Alex was very knowledgable. It was great to have someone help make decisions with.

I have recently sold my house using British Homebuyers. It all started with a professional photographer who came to my house, and spent a fair bit of time getting the best possible photographs with Excellent results. The process for selling was easy and I was given a sales representative called Alex who overseen everything from start to finish. Although selling and buying houses can be very taxing on a person, the process was made easier by having the ability to phone your sales representative to see how everything is progressing. I had peace of mind throughout the sale of my house and can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. I am very happy that we made the choice to sell through British Homebuyers.

A very stressful time for us as my Mother was living 50 miles away from us and we had lost my dad and needed Mum to be near us as she’s not getting any younger sadly.
We used general estate agents to try and get mums flat sold asap. This was a very long process with very little communication and not many responses for people to come and view the property.

Mum had a leaflet about British Home Buyers and we were a bit skeptical at first as not heard about them.
This was the best decision we ever made. Robert Love dealt with our sale from start to finish as was so very patient with us as I had to deal with all the communication as my Mum is deaf. Due to my working hours I’m not able to use my phone but Robert was fantastic and would leave messages for me to respond to. We put the flat on the market with them in April and by June it was sold and Mum finally got her dream come true and she now lives 2 minutes away from us.
I would highly recommend this company and certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

British Homebuyers was an excellent agent that helped us sell our home. I found the signing up process, the communication throughout the process very easy and flexible for my needs. They helped us find a committed buyer and kept us updated throughout. My experience with my contact Robert Love was a fantastic experience. His communication far surpassed that of other local agents ive used in the past. He was incredibly flexible and maintained just the right amount of contact throughout the process. After a false start (with another company with a different name) these guys were really helpful, especially William. In the end I didn't sel with them but rather wish that I had as they would have been cheaper and were really on the ball.

Great service. Charles, Hannah and Alex were brilliant at communicating all the viewings feedback and although Ms Truss tanked the property market, BHS still managed to sell my property at a good price considering the situation and their fee was only 1%, so I would definitely recommend them, they offered me 3 alternatives which was good and the marketing of the property was much better than a local agent. So, we'll done guys, thank you for your help.

Working with Homebuyers to sell our house was very straight forward and no fuss. I was particularly impressed with the upfront contact with the sales person. There was no pressure and they were very upfront about costs, how it all works and what if the house didn’t sell. I would highly recommend them.

We had several frustrating months trying to sell our property and decided to take it off the market as trying through the usual local agents had not been fruitful. We were then approached by British Homebuyers who gave us a figure of what they thought we could achieve and were confident that they could help us achieve a sale. I will never use a traditional local estate agent again! I struggled selling my house and I used a few estate agents who all promised the earth, but delivered nothing but awful service. I was dubious when I received a letter from British Homebuyers, but listened to their options and decided to give them a chance. They were always available, gave honest opinions, but most importantly sold my house. I liked being able to show people around my house (not everyone’s cup of tea) however I felt that I sold the features better than an estate agent trying to sell numerous houses. In addition, the reassurance of a deposit from the buyers once an offer had been agreed provided extra reassurance as I had previously had buyers pull out further down the line with me incurring all the fees. A special thank you to Alex Clendon for looking after me throughout the journey and I would have no hesitation in recommending British Homesellers in the future.

I put my house on the market for over a year with a local agent I had one viewing. I reviewed the various offers I had received offering to sell on my behalf after studying the I decided on British Homebuyers a decision I have never regretted.
From the beginning and first contact with Eloise Hopegrave who started the ball rolling I was given a personal contact in Alex Clendon.
I was given advise guidance by Alex which was invaluable and within 2 months (including the Xmas period) I had 2 positive fully vetted viewers and within days had a firm acceptable offer.
Then came the legal aspect of selling I was allocated my own lawyer in Kay-Lee Flower who was so efficient and a tower of strength to me the process ran smoothly.
In the later stages of the sale there minor issues which with her help were quickly resolved.
Having reaching the point of an agreed completion date a delay occured from the lower chain.
Into the breach step British Homebuyers associate Charles Gale who saw me e through some difficult moments with his professional attitude and unrelenting support.
The sale completed and I am now able to move on but I would not have been able to retain my sanity without such a great team behind me helping me all the way so grateful thanks to all at British Homebuyers and Premier Property Lawyers.

Great company.
We had our house sold in a few months, the process was very professional and we kept informed of the whole process. Both Alex and Charles could not have done anything more. I would not hesitate to use British Homebuyers again if I needed to.
