Great experience using British homebuyers. Charles in particular was great in keeping us updated on the buyers progress. Viewing and sold within a few weeks. No complaints, great service and communication throughout the whole process! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. I chose British Homesellers because I wanted a quick sale and they did the option to sell directly to them . In the end I had so many viewings i ended up selling it the traditional way. British Homesellers listened to what I wanted and targeted the right people to come and view my house . The house sold very quickly. All the agents at British Homesellers were very friend and helpful and did a really good job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone .

Alex and Charles of BHS were absolutely the best of the best estate agent team I have dealt with and I am speaking from experience.
*No question was not to be asked.
*If they did not answer the phone, there was shortly a
return response call.
*Every week I had a ‘check-up’ call to see if I was
happy with how things were going.
* Reassurance was given
*I was given the opportunity to off load, never did I feel
rushed and I’m sure they are busy
* Highly recommend this company.
*BHS sold my house where 2 companies failed there it is in a nutshell and that at the end of the day is why we need them 10 out of 10 for care ,compassion and professional performance

Our first experience with British home sellers was when we changed our estate agents for the 3rd time as we hadn’t had much luck previously with others.
So glad we made the right decision. Right from the onset they proved they cared about us as being their important customer. Alex introduced himself to us and was contactable at all times by email or phone. We didn’t have to wait long until we got a buyer. We had been on the market a year with other agents with no luck. Once we had our buyer we were allocated a case manager named Charles. Absolutely a gentleman. As with the majority of house sales they normally come with a few problems as did ours. In our case a history of flooding. Charles was straight on it sorting it out and gathering evidence for us and our buyer to help us both through emotional and difficult decisions. A lot of work he done for us could so have taken much longer if it had been left to solicitors. We truly believe Charles went above and beyond. British Home sellers were worth their weight in gold. Thank you for keeping us as stress free as possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend. They work for you. You are their customer.

We originally had our property listed with a well-known high street agent and despite being given plenty of time, they were unable to secure one offer. In the meantime, BHB posted a flyer through our door and despite some initial scepticism having not heard of them before and knowing that they aren't traditional customer facing agents, we decided to give them our listing. BHB promised a large database of buyers, including investors, as well as a quick sale. It didn't take long at all to have a number of offers on the table, including one we were happy to accept (from an investor). BHB ultimately delivered on their promises, and made us happy customers. The decision to switch to BHB paid off, and I'd have every confidence in listing any future properties with them again.
William Gale was honest and communicative throughout, and Charles Gale really helped during the final phases of the sale between us, Agents, Solicitors and Buyer.

My experience using British Homebuyers was excellent from start to finish.
My agent Charles Gale was absolutely outstanding. Great communication, he answered every call and email within 24 hours. He knew exactly what was going on and was happy to chase both my solicitors and the buyers solicitors if the process had stalled (which it often does when it involves solicitors).
I cannot recommend British Homebuyers highly enough and would like to say a personal thank you to Charles for making the whole process as easy at it could be.

I am really lucky to have Alex as my real estate agent he is one of the best, helped me through when I didn’t know what to write to my solicitor and does his job like he’s ment to. Alex is so kind and helpful that I couldn’t wish for a better real estate agent.
My experience was amazing working with Alex Clendon he is very knowledgeable and has amazing tips too. He understood me and worked very close to complete this buy. We had loads of rough times and he was there to support us so we could have a happy ending and buy this property that we are now going to move into.

Tired of delays that had occurred with my existing sell and worried that my new purchase would fall I contacted British Homebuyers with my predicament and received a responsive customer focused experience. With a couple of days of marketing my property they found me a buyer who offered full asking price! We didn't actually sell our house though British Home Buyers, now letting it, (interest rates rise, market uncertainty etc.) but our experience with Will was excellent, he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, never pushy, always called when he said he would, we will certainly use this company when we come to sell again.
