Alex was really helpful in getting my house sold

After using traditional local estate agents and not getting anywhere, we decided to use British homebuyers UK.
On my initial call I spoke to William who was lovely to speak to and sent me out the relevant paperwork straight away to look at.
After signing up, our case manager was Charles.
This lovely gentleman kept us upto date at all times, even after being in hospital and not being in the office.
Nothing was too much trouble and he would always contact me asap if I left a message.
The concierge package that also comes free with the service is also an added bonus.
It took a bit of pressure of us as they contact all your utilities and council tax for you. We also got a good deal with t.v & broadband through using the concierge package.
I would definitely recommend British homesbuyers UK.

The first phone call I made was to alex about selling my house he was very helpful in this process once I chose British homesellers he kept me informed with e.mails and phone calls promptly once they found a buyer (first time) I was introduced to another member of the team, this was Charles who was very efficient.... he made himself very involved with the selling of my property possible, phone calls texts and e.mails was never too much trouble... always kept me in the loop right up until completion overall the experience was A1 would recommend to all friends & family regards NealFelgate

Alex and Charles were so easy to work with when it came to selling my house. Both of them are very efficient and I could always be sure that if they say they are going to do something, they will do it and always in a very timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very on the ball with keeping me and others in the chain informed. In fact my buyer told me that Charles was the only one who kept him informed of what was happening with the sale. Charles is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the process of buying and selling houses and this was particularly useful when we had issues with the house we were purchasing from another estate agent. If you are having any doubts about using an online agent, don't, you will be very pleasantly surprised if you use British Home Sellers, I cannot recommend them enough. Even the estate agent we were buying from said they "were sceptical but have to admit British Home Sellers have pulled it out the bag". Thank you so much Alex and Charles and everyone else within your team who I spoke to who were just as helpful.

Selling or buying house is stresfull time for who is experimenting so we need the right people to help thru it!!Happy for our choice in having British HomeBuyers to look after our sale!!
After many trials with different agencies we finally got it right!!
They have been very professional and helpfull at all the times!!
If you don't want to waste precious time they are the right company for you!!
Will choose them again in future witj no doubts!!

I have used this company to sell my late mother s flat We were getting nowhere with existing local agents but we sold to the first person through the door with British Homebuyers and at above our expected price. They were professional efficient and friendly and made the whole process easy. Our point of contact was Charles Gale and I cannot praise him highly enough He was always at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble He made us feel like we were truly valued as customers If you want a company that does what is says at a cheaper price than most agents then I would highly recommend British Homebuyers.

have sold two houses via this company and service for both has been exceptional.First sale making well above the asking price. The second sale was difficult due to condition of property but Charles went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make the second sale possible. Having tried 'traditional' estate agents to sell our property we decided to try British Homebuyers. From the first contact we were impressed with their skill and professionalism. We had contact with a number of individuals as the process progressed, and were impressed with how knowledgable each team member was with our particular case and viewer's feedback. Used British Homebuyers for the sale of my flat, they were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I called up each person knew the exact situation, no waiting for one person to call me back. James took my initial enquiry and talked me through each stage, Rob took over and got me plenty of viewings, always providing accurate feedback. Charles looked after me from point of offer to completion, he was fantastic and so reassuring at every stage, I quite miss his updates now! Highly recommend this great company!

After being unsuccessful with an online agent and then a local agent, I chose British Homesellers. I was welcomed by the team, they showed confidence, listened to me, put me at ease, they were honest with the price, made suggestions to achieve a sale. Robert Love kept me up to date all the way through until we were made an offer. Danielle Davis and Ashleigh Robinson were on hand on open days to make sure they ran smoothly, they virtually held my hand. Then the lovely Charles Gale looked after the sale with confidence, amazing advice and guidance. These guys are worth every penny! They feel like they are a family, they work together so you feel everyone is on board with your sale. I was just in need of a quick sale to secure a property purchase in Northern Ireland.

Yes a little more expensive than my local agent but worth it during a sticky selling time in the housing market.

Excellent service throughout the process. Both Alex and Charles were very professional and communicated effectively and efficiently keeping us up to date in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend you to anyone I know looking to sell a property and have already done so.
We had a problem on the day of completion due to the solicitor the buyers were using and Charles was very helpful trying to resolve the problem and reducing the stress to get a positive outcome as quickly as possible.
