Great company. Would happily use again. Special shout out to Alex and Charles, both of whom (amongst others in the team) handled various aspects of my sale with the best of attitudes. Plenty of communication at all stages, always someone on the ither end of the phone willing to answer any question (no matter how stupid sounding) I might have.

I needed a quick sale and ideally a cash buyer, as I was selling a flat which had cladding on it and a lot of banks were refusing mortgages for potential buyers on properties with cladding. British Home Buyers promised they'd find a buyer for my property within 4 weeks and also said they had a good chance of finding a cash buyer. I was skeptical but thought there's no harm in trying as they wouldn't take a fee if they didn't sell the property. True to their word they found a buyer within 2 weeks who offered the asking price and the sale went through with no issues. Their fee is significantly more than other companies I looked into but they were clearly stated from the onset, and they delivered on their promises so I got what I paid for. Would definitely use again if I was in similar circumstances.

I have to say I was really impressed by everyone at British Homebuyers. I always felt that they listened to what I said and certainly nothing was too much trouble. They acted fast and efficiently in each stage of the sale.

I needed to sell my property fast and as uncomplicated as possible, British home buyers were able to help me achieve that .
The staff are brilliant very efficient and helpful, they made you feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely recommend and use this company again as they got the job done ,without any fuss .
I would also like to add that the service was completed throughout the pandemic so huge pat on the back to all the staff evolved.
The fees are slightly higher than average, but i was fully aware of this .
They offered an achievable price for the house,and I didn't feel ripped off .

An offer that we had accepted on our house in March fell by the wayside at the end of the lockdown when the buyer informed the agent we were using at the time that he was still interested in buying but that he was reducing the offer he had made by £80,000.

At this stage we were in danger of losing the property we had had an offer accepted on and having previously used many of the agents in our locality with little success we decided to follow a recommendation from a family friend and ask British Home Sellers to market our house for us. It was the best decision we’ve ever made.

From the start to the finish of the sale process we have nothing but praise for the way that Alex Clendon dealt with us and when it became evident that our new buyers’ solicitor and mortgage broker had badly let them down by taking their eyes off the ball in regard to a number of issues, Charles Gale stepped in and brought the completion to a satisfactory conclusion. He even responded very late evening to text messages from us and continued to work on our behalf despite being away on holiday for a period.

Based on our experience, we can’t recommend British Home Sellers enough - our solicitor was also so impressed with the service we received that he indicated he would be looking to use the firm to market his father’s property

I would give 10 stars if I could! Absolutely fantastic service and worth every penny!! At first i was really dubious about paying such a lot of money when the local estate agents were cheaper, but my goodness what a superior service we received. Alex found us a buyer really quickly and handled it all so professionally! What a lovely guy! Once we started the process with the lawyers, Charles Gale was an angel sent from heaven above. Thank God for Charles!! Professional through to the core. I cannot thank you guys enough for providing such an outstanding service.

I contacted BHB a few months ago and William was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to get our house on the market. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and was very helpful. Although we have decided to use a local agent I would not hesitate getting in touch with BHB should I need any further help.

We received a flyer from British Homebuyers when our house was on the market. I contacted the company and spoke with William who was very helpful and informative about the service they provided. He rang back two weeks later but we had accepted an offer the day before. He said he would keep in touch to check how the sale was progressing.
Our buyers' solicitors did not carry out any conveyancing during lockdown and our estate agent had not been proactive in trying to resolve the matter. When I spoke with William he assured that their company had continued to buy and sell properties during lockdown and he emailed the paperwork for me to review but explained he couldn't market the property while we were in a contract with another estate agent. We gave the estate agent the required notice. This seemed to b the catalyst they needed as things progressed quickly from that point. I have no hesitation in recommending British Homebuyers.

I sold my flat with British Home Buyers I had plenty of viewings and was made an offer within three weeks which I accepted.i was with my previous estate agent for over a year and didn't have as many viewings or any offers made so I would recommend British Home Buyers to anyone.

Great company to deal with may be pricier than normal estate agents but they get people viewing your property very quickly and got me a buyer a week after people were allowed to view properties

Very helpful at all stages of the selling process. Our contacts at all times were performed in a professional and timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommended British Homebuyers to anyone considering their service. I would point out that obviously you have to conduct your own viewings. I have had experience of sales, and let's face it, most estate agents are pretty poor.

Excellent communication, always kept me up to date with developments. Moved the sale along when it got slow. Great service esp. from Robert and Charles Gale. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is the fact that they are more expensive than other agents. You get what you pay for!

Our property was on the market for 9 months with Purplebricks and although we had lots of viewers none of them were in a position to buy. We could never get hold of the agent either. After some research we switched to British Homebuyers and it was the best decision. The first viewer had sold their property and had a mortgage in place we were informed. They bought the property. Charles helped push things along and we managed to move during lockdown. Charles was so helpful through out. All the staff we had contact with Alex, Danielle and William were all great.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and totally recommend this company to anyone selling their home.

We initially went with Purplebricks, we saw our estate agent twice in a month and that was it. Purplebricks sent us 2 viewers in 2 months and then we had nothing afterwards. We discovered British Home Buyers, made a few phone calls and we decided they were the right people for the job!!! You will not regret choosing them honestly you won't!! I can't thank the following people enough; Charles, works like a Trojan Soldier for you, William(Billy to those who know him!) runs a really great team! Danielle your 1st point of contact, she's very good at getting your query to the right person ASAP, and finally Alex Clendon, we've laughed, cried, been pushed to breaking point and beyond, but he never ever stopped running through brickwalls to get the job done!!!
