I had very good service from British Homebuyers. Eli Jackson was very helpful, friendly and professional and I was kept up to date at all times without the need to chase up. The portal with my case details was very helpful and easy to follow. Charles was also extremely helpful and supportive, especially up to completion and made sure links between solicitors was kept regular. Overall, a great service and over the moon my property sold so quickly and completed during COVID-19 strains which all businesses are experiencing. Thank you.

First point of contact was with Ashleigh, who was absolutely amazing - not at all pushy but very helpful and gave me all the information I needed, without trying to convince me to go with them. Once I decided to sell with them, I spoke with Danielle, who was also brilliant, really friendly and helpful. I was kept informed throughout the process of getting the house on the market.
I needed a quick sale as a previous sale agreement had fallen through and I didn’t want to miss out on what I wanted to buy - once the house was on the market, it was only 13 days before an offer was made and I accepted it.
Admittedly I was a bit unsure at first of using British Homebuyers as its all done via the phone and online and estate agents said don’t use BUT I’m very happy I did use them and I have already recommended to family and friends.

Myslef and my partner used British Homebuyers after struggling to sell our house through conventional estate agents. Within a week we had 2 viewings. One of which made an offer.

The rest of the process was made clear and easy. Any issues I had were chased up accordingly.

Never heard of this company before I got a letter through the door, so was fairly cautious when I first contacted them. After speaking with William, I was given a pretty thorough low down and waivered those concerns. The price was lower than I would have was wanted but accepted that this approach to achieving a quick sale was key. I ultimately accepted a satisfactory offer above the marketing price.
British homebuyers were all in all professional, courteous and effective from start to finish. I have no hesitation recommending them in future.

British Homebuyers service levels are excellent. Throughout the process I felt the team responsible for selling my house were were engaged and committed. In particular Alex made regular calls to keep me informed of their activities and the inquiries they had received.
When the house was "under offer" Charles continued the excellent service and communication levels with texts and calls throughout the conveyancing process.

Initially had some frustrations with BH as the listing of my flat was not very detailed and i wasn't happy with the photos used for my advert, however once an offer was accepted, Charles and Alex at BH assisted a lot with getting the deal over the line and pushing the buyers solicitors to stick to deadlines, without them it could have been a few more weeks before i managed to complete on the sale.
